Lelia O’Connor is the Executive Director and President of the Board of Directors for the Lama Gangchen International Foundation, U.S.A., a non-profit humanitarian organization. For the past 7 years, she has been the Director of the Foundation’s healing and meditation center where she teaches hatha-yoga, meditation, stress reduction/wellness techniques and ancient Tibetan healing methods. As an “inner scientist’ and teacher of mind-body integration, she helps people effectively manage stress, tension, chronic pain, drug addiction, depression and many other illnesses and helps them to live more balanced, peaceful and holistic lives. She is also the principal and founder of Ngal So Consulting Group, Global Center for Authentic Leadership an innovative executive training and development firm. Ngal So (pronounced nal so) is a word which means the transformation from negative to positive. This reflects Lelia’s philosophy of helping her clients achieve a holistic perspective on life and work and turning “negatives into positives”. Lelia has a unique ability to help people achieve extraordinary business results by integrating core life/work values, visionary thinking, spiritual virtues, being of service to others, compassion and joy into their everyday work life.
