Title:
A comparison between Tibetan Medicine and Western Medine

The author, a specialist in orthopedics and traumatology, is since many years interested in Tibetan medicine: the relationship of the body with its psycho-energetic structures and the application of the theory of the three humors.

He presents a study of comparison based upon the etymologies and therapy of fractures, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis osteoporosis and lumbago (hernia of the disc).

He evidences a conducive integration of the two medical systems; by only using the operating system, there could be some limitations, whereas by integrating them with one another, the therapy becomes much more efficient.
